Welcome to TrackSet! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TrackSet mobile application ("App") and its services ("Services"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
TrackSet is designed to help you track workouts and fitness progress. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use TrackSet. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You may terminate your TrackSet account at any time directly from within the app. All personal and fitness data will be permanently deleted unless we are required to retain it by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or are otherwise engaged in harmful conduct.
TrackSet may offer optional premium features through subscriptions or in-app purchases. All payments are processed through the App Store and are subject to their terms and policies.
We do not store or handle your payment information. You are responsible for managing your subscriptions through your App Store account settings.
If you request a refund, please be aware that your activity logs may be shared with the App Store, if needed, to help verify your usage of the app. This is simply to ensure that any claims of accidental subscriptions are reviewed fairly. Your privacy is important to us, and this process is only used to ensure transparency and fairness.
All content and code associated with TrackSet, including logos, design, and software, are the property of Pol Nadal Serra or its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our written permission.
TrackSet is not a medical device. Always consult your physician or healthcare provider before starting any fitness program. Use of the App is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from your use of the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrackSet and Pol Nadal Serra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months, if any.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you within the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the app operator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
