4. Account Deletion

You can delete your TrackSet account and all associated data directly from within the app at any time via the account settings section.

Once the deletion is confirmed, all your personal and fitness data will be permanently erased from our systems, unless legally required to retain it.

5. Refund and Activity Log Sharing

If you request a refund, please be aware that your activity logs may be shared with the App Store, if needed, to help verify your usage of the app. This is simply to ensure that any claims of accidental subscriptions are reviewed fairly. Your privacy is important to us, and this process is only used to ensure transparency and fairness.

6. In-App Payment Information

All purchases within TrackSet are handled as in-app payments, and are subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective app store (e.g., Apple App Store).

We do not process or store your personal payment data. All billing information is managed directly by the app store provider. We receive only a non-identifiable order reference connected to an anonymous user ID generated during installation.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We continuously review our security practices to keep your information safe.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share your data under the following conditions:

When necessary to deliver core functionality (e.g., cloud sync, crash analytics)
With your explicit consent
If required by law or legal process

9. Children’s Privacy

TrackSet is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child, we will delete it immediately.
